Mr. Joseph G. Rosner age 78 of Martin, TN, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Jackson-Madison General Hospital in Jackson, TN.
Joseph was born in Chicago, IL on March 17, 1947, to the late Thomas Joseph Rosner and Dorothy Bernice Johnson Rosner.He was a retired Chicago Patrol Officer, an avid Chicago sports fan especially of The Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bears.
He is survived by his wife; Patricia Bonner Cavallone, two sons; Anthony (Maureen) Rosner of Mt. Greenwood, IL, Brian (Veronica) Rosner of Buckeye, AZ, four grandchildren; Craig (Lindsey) Rosner of Tinley Park, IL, Katelyn (Jazlyn) Rosner of Tinley Park, IL, Jordan Rosner of Buckeye, AZ, Darren Rosner of Buckeye, AZ, five sisters; Kathleen (Thomas) Small Murphy of Palos Heights, IL, Margaret "Peggy" (Wayne) Chilson of Glendale, AZ, Mary Ann Rosner of Worth, IL, Patricia (Joseph) Oliosi of Tinley Park, IL, one brother; Thomas (Marilyn) Rosner of Frankfort, IL, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Four step-sons; Robert (Betty) Nanney of Newbern, TN, Randal "Keith" (Kim) Nanney of Trenton, TN, four step-grandchildren; Robert (Brittaney) Nanney of Newbern, TN, Rebecca (Bill) Robertson of Russellville, KY, Brooklyn Nanney of Dyersburg, TN, Jacob Nanney of Tempe, AZ, three step great-grandchildren.
He is presented in death by his parents, and one sister; Dorothy R Rosner, one stepson; Russell Nanney,
A Visitation will be held at Murphy Funeral Home on Friday, March 28 2025, starting at 12:00pm until 2:00pm.
