John Rush

Mr. John Milton Rush, age 77 of Martin died Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at The Waters in Union City, Tennessee.

Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 24, 2024, 10:30 A.M. at the Gardner Church of Christ with Bro. Sidney White officiating.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at the church.

Mr. Rush is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Plunk Rush; his son, Stephen (Britni) Rush of Greenbrier, Arkansas; three brothers, Kenny (Nancy) Rush and Ralph (Wanda) Rush both of Huntingdon, TN, Michael (Sandy) Rush of Jackson, TN; two sisters, Susan (Dwight) Sanders and Jane Meggs both of Huntingdon; three grandchildren, Sydney, Carleigh and Asher Rush.

He was retired from the Weakley County Press from local delivery distributions.  He was a member of Gardner Church of Christ in Martin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gaylon Rush and Mary Sue Gooch Rush.
