Joe Freeman

Mr. Joe Harold Freeman, age 90, died Monday, April 10, 2017, at Van Ayer Manor Healthcare and Rehab in Martin.

Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be Saturday, April 22, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Randy Cooper officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the church.

Mr. Freeman is survived by his wife, Charline Prince Freeman of Martin; two sons, Kevin Freeman of Cookeville, TN and Randy Horn of Cordova, TN; daughter, Pat Ossorio of Germantown, TN; brother, Dan (Sue) Freeman of Scottsboro, AL; eight grandchildren, Jennifer Coppa, Catherine Coppa, Sarah Coppa, Jessica Logan, Jennifer Terry, Heather Madison, Brandon Brister and Alec Ossorio; six great-grandchildren.

Mr. Freeman retired from Cone Solvents. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Martin and he was a veteran, U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Freeman and Ethel Jones Freeman; two daughters, Kim Ann Freeman and Karen Coppa; one grandson, Jeremy Horn.
