Joann Sudberry

Joann "Grandma Jo" Sudberry, age 85, died Monday, August 24, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Graveside service will be Friday, August 28, 2020, 11:00 A.M. in East Side Cemetery with Bro. Ronnie Stinson and Bro. Brent Arnold officiating. Family will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 A.M. in the cemetery until service time.

Ms. Sudberry is survived by her children, Tina (Jerry) Williams of Mayfield, KY, James Allen (Marjorie) Sudberry of Nashville and Scott (Susie) Sudberry of Union City; sister, Martha Seaton of Martin; brother, Hershel (Katie) Tuck of Dukedom, TN; grandchildren, Michael (Anna) Sudberry, John (Meghan) Sudberry, Chase Roney, Amanda (Rob) Wilson, Elizabeth Kathryn "Libby" Wharton and Amanda Pickard; great-grandchildren, Rayland Sudberry, Clayton Sudberry and Joni Minnick; friend and caregiver, Mary Balentine of Greenfield.

Ms. Sudberry retired from the dietary department at Volunteer General Hospital in Martin.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Union City.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Sue Sudberry; her parents, John Henry Tuck and Monie Winston Tuck; sister, Mary Lou Cooper; brothers, JD Tuck and Billy Tuck.
