Mr. Spurgeon is survived by his wife, Lisa White Spurgeon, two sons, Shane and Derek Spurgeon, his mother, Mrs Lois Grey Glenn, and a sister, Betty Spurgeon, all of Martin TN.
Mr. Spurgeon was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Spurgeon.
