Jimmie Lee Usrey

Mr. Jimmie Lee Usrey, age 85, died Thursday, 08/18/2022, at his home in Martin, TN.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, 08/23/2022, at 12:00 PM (Noon) at First Baptist Church, Martin, TN, with Rev. Mike Sams officiating, with burial to follow at East Side Cemetery, with Military Honors.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service time at the church.

Pallbearers will be Jack Usrey, Joe Usrey, Chance Usrey, Garrett Usrey, Mike Johnson, and Hans Airee; Honorary Pallbearers will be David Gingras, Dennis Adams, Greg Morgan, Terry Ferguson, Don Linson, James Myrick, David Michael Jeffress, Steve Lemond, Jamie Ferguson, Wesley Forsythe, Charlie Davis, and David Blake.

Mr. Usrey was a member of First Baptist Church; he was retired chief clerk for Goodyear Tire Co; he was a U.S. Navy veteran; and a member of Martin City Lodge #551.

Mr. Usrey is survived by his wife Judy Ferguson Usrey, of Martin, TN; two sons, Joe (Brenda) Usrey, Cibolo, TX, and Jack ( Cynthia) Usrey, Lebanon, TN; five grandchildren, Meghan Usrey, Victoria Usrey, Chance Usrey, Garrett (Autumn) Usrey, and Bonde Usrey; and two sisters, Anna McMillin, Union City, TN, and Bonnie Jeffress, Fulton, KY.

Mr. Usrey was preceded in death by his parents, Finis O. and Roselean Lee Usrey.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to American Heart Assoc., Alzheimers Assoc., or the First Baptist Church of Martin, TN.
