Jerry Mitchell

Mr. Jerry Lynn Mitchel, age 73, of Sharon, Tennessee died in his own home surrounded by his family and friends on April 17, 2020.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Monday, 04/20/2020, at Tansil Cemetery, Sharon, TN, with Tommy Harrison officiating.  Friends and extended family may assemble at the cemetery at 12:45 PM Monday.

Jerry is survived by his significant other, Suzanne Capps Bell; his daughter; Rhonda Mitchell, Atlanta, GA; son, Chad Mitchell, Sharon, TN; grandson, Kody Mitchell; and his sister, Darlene Vowell, Martin TN.

Mr. Mitchell was preceded in death by his parents, George Marion and Ruby Davie Mitchell.

Jerry was a loving father, grandfather and friend to everyone. He was retired owner of Mitchell Refrigeration, he was a member of Sharon First Baptist Church, and he was a graduate of Sharon High School.

Jerry loved fishing, camping, horses and riding his Harley Davidson.  He liked to travel and spend time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed farming and heating and air.
