Mr. Jerry Lewayne Busby, age 58, of Memphis died Friday, December 4, 2009, at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis.
Celebration of Life and Memorial Service will be held Saturday, 12/12/2009, at McCabe United Methodist Church in Martin; 1:00 P.M.
Mr. Busby is survived by his son, Trevor Busby of Minnetonka, MN; brothers, Vercie Eugene Busby, Jr. of Martin, William B. Busby of Kansas City, MO and Michael Busby of Lansing, MI; sisters, Amy P. Lawler of Martin, Deborah L. Ellison of Memphis and Paula A. Jackson of Memphis. He was preceded in death by parents, Vercie Eugene Busby, Sr. and Louise Holt Busby; brothers, Thomas B. Busby and Robert P. Busby.
Mr. Busby was a teacher in the Memphis School System.
