Mr. Elkins formerly worked at Martin Tire Barn.
Mr. Elkins is survived by two daughters; Julie Aguilar, Martin, TN, and Tiffany Gardiner, Fulton, KY; a son, John C. Elkins, III, Martin, TN; one grandchild, Rayleigh Gardiner; a sister, Tracey Toney, Martin, TN; and a brother, Johnny Elkins, Dresden, TN.
Mr. Elkins was preceded in death by his parents, John Calvin and Laura Dale Sills Elkins.
