Mrs. Jeanette Davis, age 78, died Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at Van Ayer Healthcare and Rehab in Martin.
Funeral service will be Friday, October 19, 2018, 2:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home with Rev. Chip Davis officiating. Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, October 18, 2018, from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home, or after 12:00 Noon on Friday until funeral time at 2:00.
Pallbearers are Charlie Davis, Jason Davis, Cory Davis, Clifton Davis, Lloyd Davis and Kevin Flowers. Honorary pallbearers are members of Lake Road Baptist Church.
Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband of 61 years, Mr. Norman Davis of Martin; her sons, Phillip D. Davis of Martin and Mark (Sachiko) Davis of Vista, California.
She was a homemaker and a member of Lake Road Baptist Church in Union City.
Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents, Morris Craft and Odessa Bryant Craft; her twin sister, Margarette Davis.
