Jeanette Breeden

Mrs. Jeanette Miles Breeden, age 88, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024, at Weakley County Nursing and Rehab Center in Dresden, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be Thursday, 01/18/2024, at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, Martin, TN, with Rev. Mike Sams and Rev. Greg Alderice officiating, with burial to follow at the East Side Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 10:00 AM Thursday at the church until service time.

Mrs. Breeden was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Breeden; her parents, Hall Miles and Carrie Trevathan Miles; one sister, Carolyn Westin and two brothers, Billy Miles and Jimmy Miles.

She was retired from Martin Primary School where she was the cafeteria manager.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Martin, where she worked in the nursery many years and served in Martha's Ministry.  She loved children and animals.

Mrs. Breeden is survived by her children, Robert Breeden, Cindy Jones, Ronnie (Sheryl) Breeden and Charles Breeden all of Martin; seven grandchildren, Carrie Dillahunt, Michel Jones, Josh Breeden, Gavin Breeden, Chase Breeden, Chelsea Morris and Jessica Breeden; eleven great grandchildren, Autumn Sweatt, Jada Milam, James Long, Colten Dillahunt, Connor Jones, Gabby Jones, Gabe Jones, Addie Breeden, Miles Breeden, Stella Breeden, and Braylon Breeden; and four great great grandchildren, Cora Jeanette Milam, Eden Milam, Hudson Sweatt, and Valerie Sweatt.

The family requests memorials be sent to First Baptist Church children's ministry or St. Jude's Hospital.
