Jean Gullett Dotson

Mrs. Jean Gullett Dotson, age 92, died Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at her daughter's home in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.

Graveside service will be Friday, September 1, 2023, 3:00 P.M. at East Side Cemetery in Martin with Rev. Dave Reinhard officiating.  Family and friends may assemble at 2:45 P.M. in the cemetery.  

Mrs. Dotson was preceded in death by her husbands, Woodrow Gullett and Gene Dotson; daughter, Faith Gullett; granddaughter, April Dawn Osborne; two brothers, Jack Pitts and Guy Pitts.

She was a long-time resident of Martin and a member of the former Missionary Baptist Church.  She also attended First Assembly of God Church in Martin.

She is survived by her daughters, Connie Gullett Cantrell of Mt. Juliet, TN, Janis "Jan" Gullett Osborne of Nashville, TN and Hope Gullett Alexander of Newburgh, Indiana; her son and daughter-in-law, Jacky and Nell Gullett of Martin; one brother, Cary Pitts of California; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
