Janet Wilbanks

Mrs. Janet Faye Harris Wilbanks, age 68, died Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin.

Funeral Service will be Sunday, January 18, 2015, at McConnell Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be Saturday, January 17, 2015, at Murphy Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M., or after 1:00 P.M. on Sunday at the church.

Mrs. Wilbanks is survived by her husband, Gordon D. Wilbanks of Martin; her sons, Cory Wilbanks of Richeyville, PA and Clint Wilbanks of Martin; her brother, Danny Harris of Greenfield, TN; two grandchildren, Liam Wilbanks and Bentley McCartney. She was preceded in death by her parents, Milburn Earl Harris and Edwina Hale Harris.

Mrs. Wilbanks was a former teacher at Lake Road Elementary School. She graduated from South Fulton High School and The University of Tennessee at Martin. She was a member of McConnell Baptist Church.
