Survived by sisters, Jennifer Washburn of Dresen, Tn and Terri Bailey of Dukedom, Tn
Survived by two step-daughters, Julie Ann Callis and Bonnie Lynn Fincher
Survived by two step-grandchildren, Jada and Justin Callis
