James (Jimmy) Amberg, Jr.

Mr. James (Jimmy) Hubbard Amberg, Jr., age 65, of Dresden died Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at his residence.

Funeral Service will Sunday, March 1, 2015, at Murphy Funeral Home; 1:30 P.M. Burial will follow in Rutherford Cemetery in Rutherford, Tennessee. Visitation will be Saturday, February 28, 2015, at the funeral home from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Mr. Amberg is survived by his wife, Mrs. Janice Marie Dillon Amberg of Dresden; his sons, James H. (Trey) Amberg III of Nashville and Brandon (Marcie) Roland of Memphis; his daughters, Renee Amberg Hovis of Nashville and Amy Bell of Atlanta; brother, John (Jack) (Sherry) Amberg of Houston, TX; sister, Jane (Phil) Woellner of Danville, KY; two grandchildren, Collin Hovis and Payton Roland.

Mr. Amberg retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and he was a member of South Fulton Baptist Church.

Mr. Amberg was preceded in death by his parents, James H. Amberg, Sr. and Barbara Kettler Amberg.
