Ms. Iva Marie McDaniel Davis, age 87, of Martin died Sunday, July 29, 2012, at Van Ayer Manor Nursing Home in Martin.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, 08/01/2012, at Murphy Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. with burial to follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, 07/31/2012, from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Ms. Davis was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry McDaniel and Lela Mae Ogg McDaniel; her brothers, G.P. McDaniel and J.W. McDaniel; her sisters, Lorene Morgan, Louise McDaniel, Mary Kathryn Covington, Velora Sawyers and Delia Frances Dilday.
She retired from Sears and was a member of First Baptist Church in Martin.
