Hudson Henry Fortner, infant son of Josh and Brittany Fortner of Martin, died on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
Graveside services will be held at 6:00 PM Sunday, 07/17/2016, at East Side Cemetery, Martin TN, with Rev. Chuck Johnson officiating. Friends may assemble at the cemetery at 5:45 PM.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother, McKinley James Fortner; his sister, Allie Belle Fortner; his grandparents, Jim and Jennifer Forsythe, OK and Renee Smith, Teresa and James Burden; his great-grandparents, James Wesley and Margaret Forsythe, Billy and Mary Burch and Charles Flood; his aunt and uncle, Brandon and Jacey Forsythe.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Keith Fortner and his great-grandmother, Janice Flood; great-grandparents, Doug and Marietta McDurmon and his aunt, Jessica James Forsythe.
