Howard Douglas Anderson, Sr.

Mr. Howard Douglas Anderson Sr., age 76, passed away at his residence in Martin, TN on February 20, 2025.

Mr. Anderson was born in Waverly, TN to late Edward and Anne Smith Anderson on December 06, 1948,
he moved to Martin, TN in 1973, where he later married his wife Debbie Donaldson on May 20, 1977.

Mr. Anderson was of the Baptist faith; He served in The Air Force and was a retired Self-Employed Carpenter.

He is survived by his wife Debbie Donaldson Anderson; one daughter, Karen (Paul) Anderson of
Martin, TN; one son, Doug (Elizabeth) Anderson of Martin, TN; one stepson; Chris (Trudy) Brinkley of 
Martin, TN; three grandchildren; Garner Douglas Anderson, Tessa Rae Anderson and
Grayson Brinkley all of Martin, TN; three sisters; Faye (David) Littleton of Clarksville, TN; Patsy (Chad)
Gagnon of Shelbyville, TN; Vanessa (Andrew) Martin of Bowling Green, KY; one brother;
Ronnie (Jerri) Anderson of Kingston Springs, TN.

Mr. Anderson is preceded in death along with his parents, two brothers;
Ralph Anderson and Robert Anderson.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Murphy Funeral Home in Martin, TN are in charge of arrangements.
