Mr. Herman Lee Parks, age 87, died Sunday, April 9, 2017, at Weakley County Nursing and Rehab in Dresden.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, April 13, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at Murphy Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Martin Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 12, 2017, from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home; or after 10:00 Thursday morning until funeral time.
Mr. Parks was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Hunter Parks; his parents, Herman Hunt Parks and Zora Harwood Parks; one brother, Charles Parks.
Mr. Parks was retired from the United States Air Force. He was a member of Ruthville Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Judi (Bob) Scharmann of Fulton, Kentucky; one brother, Tom Parks of Martin; two grandchildren, Lisa Richards Hendrix and Bryant Richards.
The family request causual and comfortable attire.
