Mr.Gregory Thomas West, age 37, died Thursday at Volunteer Community Hospital. Funeral service will be Monday, October 5, 2009, at Murphy Funeral Home; 11:00 A.M. Burial to follow in Collier Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, October 4, 2009, from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Mr. West is survived by his companion, Michelle Maynard of Martin; daughter, Magdalene Nicole West of Martin; mother, Mary Ann Villines(Warren) Ingram; father, Thomas Leland West both of Booneville, Ind.; brother, Chris West of Booneville, Ind.; sister, Kimberly Peronto of Shelbyville, Ind.

Mr. West was a student at UT Martin.
