Glynn Ray Quarles

Mr. Glynn Ray Quarles, age 79, of Martin died Tuesday, 01/18/2011 at his daughter's home in Martin.

Funeral service will be Friday, January 21, 2011 at Murphy Funeral Home; 1:00 P.M. Burial to follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, January 20, 2011 from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Mr. Quarles was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Crowell Quarles. He is survived by his son, Tommy Quarles of Martin; his daughter, Joyce Rae Ferrell of Martin, two grandchildren, Glynn (Buster) Ferrell and Jesse Thomas Ferrell; two great-grandchildren, Jacob Ferrell and Allie Ferrell.

Mr. Quarles retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and he was a farmer. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Martin.
