Georgia Annette Ary Hazlewood

Mrs Georgia Annette Ary Hazlewood, age 81, of Martin TN, died Saturday, 11/12/2011, at Union City Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, 11/14/2011, at Johnson Grove Baptist Church, with burial to follow at East Side Cemetery, Martin TN. Visitation will be Sunday, 11/13/2011, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Her remains will be taken to the church on Monday at 9:30 AM until service time.

Mrs Hazlewood was a member of Johnson Grove Baptist Church; and was retired from Volunteer General Hospital, where she was a licensed pratical nurse.

Mrs Hazlewood is survived by her husband, Charles E. Hazlewood, Martin TN, a daughter, Tammy (Ronnie) Craddock, Martin TN, five sons; Rev Mike(Renee) Hazlewood, and Mark (Melanie) Hazlewood, both of Martin TN, Jeff Adams, Murfreesboro, TN, Ricky (Cindy) Adams, Smyrna, TN, and Jackie (Kim) Adams, Atlanta,GA; 26 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren, two sisters, Jean Willoughby, Martin TN, and Marilyn Siwicki, West Chester, IL, three brothers, Prentice and Monroe Ary, both of Sharon TN, and Harold Ary, Henry TN.

Mrs Hazlewood was preceeded in death by a daughter, Linda Buchanan, her parents, Morrisison and Hettie Moss Ary, and a sister, Maizelle White.
