Mr. George Edward Ivie, age 73, died Friday, January 20, 2017, at Diversicare of Martin.

Mr. Ivie is survived by his wife, Bonita Greer Ivie of Paris, TN; his step-sons, Dean (PK) Grenzales, Jr. of Corsicana, Texas and Roger (Lisa) Walker of Little Lot, TN; his mother-in-law, Lida Greer of Dresden, Tennessee.
Mr. Ivie was a retired truck driver for Pernian Corporation. He was a member of Corsicana Cowboy Church in Corsicana, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Ivie and Lillie Pearl Ward; two sisters, Iris Prater and Royce Phillips; one step-daughter, Chastity Thornton.
