Mr. Walter Eugene (Gene) Campbell, age 68, died Monday at Volunteer General Hospital. Funeral services will be Thursday, September 17, 2009; at Murphy Funeral Home; 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow in Harmony Cemetery near Idlewild, TN Visitation will be Wednesday, September 16, 2009, 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Mr. Campbell is survived by his wife, Wanda Wallace Campbell of Martin; daughters, Lori (Greg) Rezabek of Bartlett, TN; Linda (Robin) Ehrett of Jackson, TN; Patty Estes of Ashland City, TN; son, Wally Campbell of Phoenix, AZ; brothers, Steve Campbell of Big Sandy, TN, Jimmy Campbell of Jackson, TN, Gerald Campbell of Dover, TN. He was preceded in death by parents, W.M. Campbell and Edna Dowland Campbell. He is survived by 6 grandchildren.
