Gary Hankins

Mr. Gary Hankins, formerly of Martin TN, died Wednesday, 01/22/2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center, Tupelo, Mississippi. He was from Saltillo, Mississippi and he was 63 years old.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Sunday,01/26/2014 at Murphy Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Tansil Cemetery, Sharon TN. Visitation will be Saturday, 01/25/2014, between 5:00PM and 7:00PM.

Mr. Hankins was preceded in death by his wife, Demetra Roberts Hankins, and his father, Joseph Albert Hankins.

Mr. Hankins is survived by his wife, Sandy Holt Hankins, Saltillo, Mississippi; daughter, Beth Hankins, and son, Brent Hankins, both of Sharon TN; his mother, Alice Irene Jacobs Hankins of Martin TN; his brothers, Terry John Hankins and Joe Brent Hankins, both of Martin TN; two grandchildren, Abby Hankins and Landon Hankins both of Sharon, TN. He is survived by step-daughter, Lynnette Stevens and step-son, Shane Connelly both of Dyersburg, TN; and two step grandchildren, Dylan Stevens, Chattanooga, TN, and Katie Stevens, Dyersburg, TN.
