Evelyn Godsey Culvahouse

Mrs Evelyn Godsey Culvahouse, age 86, of Redbud Circle, Martin TN, died Thursday, 08/23/2012, at Volunteer Community Hospital.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday,08/26/2012, at First Baptist Church, Martin TN, with burial to follow at East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1:00 PM Sunday at the church until service time at 3:00 PM.

Mrs Culvahouse was a member of First Baptist Church, Martin TN; she was a graduate of University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Mrs Culvahouse was an educator at University of Tennessee, Martin TN.

Mrs Culvahouse is survived by her husband, Elige W. Culvahouse, of Martin TN; two daughters, Connie(Robert) Alewine, Sevierville, TN, and Sara (Paul Bay) Culvahouse, Camby, IN; three grandchildren, Evelyn Elizabeth (Marshall) Stanger, Carmen Denise(Chris) Walker, Mark Robert (Aliya) Alewine; five great grandchildren, and a brother, Arnold Roy Godsey, Jr., Knoxville TN.

Mrs Culvahouse was preceded in death by her parents, Arnold Roy Godsey, Sr. and Fannie Allen Roberts Godsey.

The Family requests that memorials be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
