Eleanor Moody

Mrs. Eleanor Moody, 58, of Martin died Thursday, July 2, 2009, at her home. She is survived by her husband, Mack Moody; and two sons, Charles Matthew Jones and Martin Alan Moody. Mrs. Moody was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie M. Jones and Wanda Bryant.

Funeral service will be Sunday, July 5, 2009, at Murphy Funeral Home; 2:00 P.M. with burial to follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, July 4, 2009, 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home.

Mrs. Moody was a teacher and retired from Martin Middle School. She was a graduate of Martin High School and The University of Tennessee at Martin. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Martin.
