Survived by sisters-in-law, Martha Haynes and Joann McCanless both of Dyersburg

Preceded in death by parents, Luther and Mary Lou Scoby

Mrs. Flack formally worked at Weakley County Nursing Home. She was a member of Gardner United Methodist Church.
