Dr. Trevathan is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Margaret Vail Trevathan of Martin
Survived by sons James Vail Trevathan and William Lee Trevathan of Houston, TX
Survived by daughter Kay Shelton of Alexandria, VA
Survived by 2 grandchildren
Preceded in death by one son, Thomas Trevathan
Dr. Trevathan was a member of the US Army and a WWII Veteran, a retired physician worked in Veterans Hospital in Memphis and Houston.
He was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church
