Dorothy Bondurant

Mrs. Dorothy Jowers Bondurant, age 76, died Monday, 04/16/2012, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral service will be Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Murphy Funeral Home; 11:00 A.M. Burial to follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 18, 2012, from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.
Mrs. Bondurant is survived by her husband, James T. Bondurant of Martin; her son, Mark (Len) Bondurant of Martin; her daughter, Deborah (David) McDaniel of Martin; three grandchildren, Melanie Parham, Jacob Bondurant and Ashley Bondurant; two great-grandchildren, Joshua Parham and Emma Grace Parham.
Mrs. Bondurant was preceded in death by her parents, Doctor Clark Jowers and Levie Woods Jowers.
She retired after 45 years from Martin Brothers Timber and Container Corporation in Martin. She attended Martin High School and was a member of Bible Union Baptist Church.
