Mrs. Doris Jean Schneider, age 85, died Saturday, 06/12/2021, at St. Frances Hospital, Bartlett, TN.

Murphy Funeral home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Mrs. Schneider was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Charles Schneider, and her parents, Grady and Lurlene Green Capps.

Mrs. Schneider is survived by her daughter, Cheryl (Lewis) Hermansen, Huntley, IL; her sons, Darrell (Carol) Schneider, Elgin, IL, Eric (Gail) Schneider, Goshen IN, and Jeffery Scott (Kathy) Schneider, Henderson, TN; she is survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren; and her brothers, Donald (Betty) Capps, Union Ciy, TN, and Kenneth (Sherrie) Capps, Union City, TN.
