Doris Hood

Mrs. Doris Warden Hood, age 78, of Martin died Sunday, August 19, 2012, at Weakley County Nursing and Rehab Center in Dresden.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, at Murphy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. on Monday, August 20, 2012, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hood was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne L. Hood. She is survived by her daughter, Melanie Lee Hood of South Fulton; her son, John Forrest Hood of Martin; one grandson, Andrew Forrest Hood.

Mrs. Hood attend Public Wells Baptist Church. She attended UTM and was a long time office administrator at Westview High School in Martin.
