Mrs. Doretta (Doris) Johnson Boxx, age 80, of Rock Hill Rd., Sharon, TN, died Saturday, 10/24/2015, at her home.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at Murphy Funeral Home 11:00 A.M. with Deacon Rodney Freed officiating. Entombment to follow in Tansil Cemetery near Sharon. Visitation will be Monday, October 26, 2015, from 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
Mrs. Boxx, with her husband and family, owned and operated B & R Machine and Gear Co., in Sharon, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie L. Boxx, Sr.; daughters, Denise Boxx and Brenda Sudzum; son, Bennie R. Boxx; parents, Charles and Mae Werth Johnson.
Mrs. Boxx is survived by a daughter, Suzette (Kevin) Kelly, Castle Rock, CO; a son, Terry (Gwen) Boxx, Sharon, TN; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
