Diane Damron

Diane Kupfer Damron, age 75 passed away peacefully in her home in the presence of family on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.

Services will be Private.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Joe Charles Damron; parents, Lowell and Bertha Kupfer; her in-laws, Charlie and Geraldine Damron; brothers-in-law, Jerry Damron, Chester Ezell and Gale Isom.

Diane leaves a son, Clint Damron (Tori) of Martin and two daughters, Amanda Bowers (Brent) of Martin and Ashley Damron of Portland, TN; two sisters, LaDon Ezell of Linden, TN and Debbie Todd (Curry) of Memphis and a brother-in-law, Larry Damron (Carol) of Martin and five precious grandchildren, Anna Smith, Tristen Damron, Avery Smith, C.D. Damron and Brentley Bowers all of Martin; a niece, Raygan Edney (Denny) and nephews, Matt Isom of Memphis.

Diane was best known as a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother.  Her profound love for her children was matched only by her extraordinary devotion to her grandchildren.

Diane attended UT Martin and went on to serve her community as a teacher of 30 years most of which were spent at Dresden High School.

Diane's quick wit and gift of laughter will be missed by her friends and family.  Her's was a life well lived and we celebrate her reward of eternal peace and joy.
