David Jacobs

Mr. David L. Jacobs, age 55, died Friday at his home. Funeral services will be Sunday, December 6, 2009, at Alamo Baptist Church in Rives, TN; 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be Saturday, December 5, 2009, at Murphy Funeral Home; 4:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., or after 1:00 P.M. on Sunday at the church.

Mr. Jacobs is survived by his wife, Judy Stewart Jacobs of Rives, TN; mother, Beatrice Hill Jacobs of Rives, daughters, Amy Jacobs and Ashley Jacobs both of Nashville; brothers, Laymon Jacobs and Dickie Jacobs both of Rives; sisters, Jeannie Wilson and Janice Ray of Africa. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Laymon Jacobs; sister, Teresa Reaves.

Mr. Jacobs farmed and was a member of Alamo Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Obion County Central High School.
