Mr. David Leroy Cousins, age 59, of Dresden died Saturday, November 17, 2018, at Trinity Hospital in Rock Island, Illinois.
Visitation with the family will begin at 1:00 P.M., at Murphy Funeral Home, Sunday November 25, 2018 for two hours with a memorial service and celebration of life to begin at 3:00 P.M.
Mr. Cousins is survived by his wife, Tonia Baker Cousins; his daughter, Nicole (Chad Drewry) Cousins of Greenfield; sons, David Cousins and James (Kirstin Rook) Cousins both of Dresden; brothers, Gary Joel (Jean) Cousins of Lansing, MI, Mike (Mary) Cousins of Milan, IL, Timothy James (Debbie) Cousins of Martin; Roxanne Irene (Thomas) Cavender of Ocala, FL; 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Cousins was a master tech for Tom Taylor Automotive in Martin and was a member of Evangelical Methodist Church in Michigan. He was a veteran, U.S. Marine.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joel William Cousins and Shirley Pennell Cousins.
