Clyde Vanmeter

Mr. Clyde VanMeter, age 75, of Sharon, TN, died Friday, 06/07/2024, at the Jackson-Madison Co. Hospital, Jackson, TN.  

Mr. VanMeter's wishes was to be cremated; a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. VanMeter formerly owned the Tobacco Store in Martin, TN; he was also a retired mechanic.

Mr. VanMeter is survived by a son, Matt (Ashley) VanMeter, Grant, Ala; two grandchildren, Alayna and Fisher VanMeter; a sister, Polly (Tom) Poole, Martin, TN, and two brothers, Rex (Janet) VanMeter, Louisville, KY, and Johnny (Mary) VanMeter, Elizabethtown, KY.

Mr. VanMeter was preceded in death by his wife, Martha VanMeter, his daughter, Stacy VanMeter, and his parents, Chester and America Carroll VanMeter.
