C.J. Hazlewood

Mr. Charles Jeremy (C.J.) Hazlewood, age 32, died Sunday, March 24, 2013, at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, 03/27/2013, at First Baptist Church, Martin TN, with burial to follow at East Side Cemetery, Martin TN. Visitation will be Tuesday, 03/26/2013, at Murphy Funeral Home between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Mr Hazlewood was a member of First Baptist Church; he was a graduate of Westview High School; he was employed by Mitchell Transport Co. as a diesel mechanic.

Mr Hazlewood is survived by his wife, Honey Shepherd Hazlewood, a daughter, Maddilynn Hazlewood, both of Sharon TN; a son, Jaxson Hazlewood, Martin TN; his parents, Craig and Donna Mitchell Hazlewood, Martin TN; his sister, Bethany(Josh) Allen, Martin TN; Grandparents, Sarah Hazlewood, Martin TN, Hillis Mitchell, Dresden TN, and Charles & Marlene Massey, Murfreesboro, TN; and his Great Grandmother, Ruby Reynolds, Bells TN.

Mr Hazlewood was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marshall Hazlewood, James Mitchell, and Joe & Dolores Higgs.
