Mr. Charley Lester, Sr. died Monday at Jackson-Madison General Hospital. He was 72 years old.
Graveside service will be held Friday, January 22, 2010, at Travis Chapel Cemetery; 1:30 P.M. Visitation will begin at Murphy Funeral Home on Friday beginning at 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.
He is survived by his son, Charley Lester, Jr. of Martin; his daughter, Melissa Lester Frazier of Martin.
Mr. Lester retired from Martin Brothers Container and Timber Products Corporation.
