Charles Bradberry

Mr. Charles R. Bradberry, age 85, died Monday, January 2, 2012, at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin.

Graveside service will be Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at East Side Cemetery at 11:00 A.M. Friends may assemble at the cemetery at 10:45 A.M. A visitation will take place at First Baptist Church Ministry Center, in Martin, beginning at 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. No public visitation at Murphy Funeral Home.

Mr. Bradberry is survived by his wife, Christine Smith Bradberry of Martin; his daughters, Mary Bradberry of Memphis and Carmen (Larry) Washburn of Martin; three grandchildren, Matthew (Rosie)Washburn, Nathan (Jennifer) Washburn and Sarah (Jason) Sullivan; five great-grandchildren.

Mr. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Elliott Taylor Bradberry and Mittie Vivian Sullivan Bradberry.

Mr. Bradberry retired from Illinois Central Gulf Railroad and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Martin.
