Carol A. Wagoner

Mrs. Carol Ann Wagoner, age 63, died Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, KY.

A celebration of life and memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, 02/04/2012, at Southside Baptist Church Shepherd's Field, visitation will be after 1:00 PM Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Wagoner is survived by her husband, Dale M. Wagoner of Fulton, KY; sons, Dale M. Wagoner, II and Robert Wagoner both of Lafayette, Indiana; daughter, Heather Keller of Crestwell, North Carolina; sister, Catherine Bird of Scyamore, PA.

Mrs. Wagoner was retired from medical administration at Parkway Hospital in Fulton, KY. She was a member of Shepherd's Field Church in Martin.
