Mrs. Bonnie Louise Davis Jacobs, age 88, died Friday, August 22, 2014, at Martin Health Care.

Funeral service will be Sunday, August 24, 2014, Murphy Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. Burial will follow in Alamo Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Saturday, August 23, 2014, at Murphy Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jacobs was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Jacobs; her parents, George Davis and Kathleen Davis-Davis. She is survived by her sons, Joey Jacobs of Martin and Josh (Rosemary) Jacobs of Memphis; her daughter, Melba (John) Bell of Martin; seven grandchildren, Kellie (Brian) Harris, Amanda (Jeffrey) Smith, Chandra Blackburn, Kenley Jacobs, Brendan Jacobs, James Walker Jacobs and Ben Jacobs; seven great-grandchildren, Jonathan Harris, Jacob Harris, Allison Harris, Kaegan Moody, Ellie Blackburn, Kira Blackburn and Olivia Cope.

Mrs. Jacobs was a homemaker and a member of Central Baptist Church in Martin.
