Billy Cavin

Mr. Billy Lee Cavin, age 84, died Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at his residence.

Funeral Service will be Friday, March 11, 2016, 1:00 P.M. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Mac McCaleb and Rev. Wayne Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in Cate Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church; or after 10:00 A.M. Friday at the church.

Pallbearers will be Cody Nanney, Colton Nanney, Zach Rea, J.B. Capps, Ben Boyd, Michael Maddox, Kenneth Hutchison and David Wolfe.

Mr. Cavin is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Nell Pullum Cavin of Martin; three daughters, Anita Rea (Rip Jones), Rhonda Boyd (Jeff) both of Martin and Tina Nanney (Troy) of Sharon; one sister, Shirley Cheatham of Martin; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Mr. Cavin was a retired independent truck driver. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and a veteran, U.S. Army, Korean War.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Finis Cavin and Pearl Powers Cavin; one sister, Bonnie Rowlett.
