Mrs. Beth Martin Fuqua, age 57, died Friday, September 11, 2015, at her residence.
Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be Sunday, September 13, 2015, at the Gardner Church of Christ in Martin at 2:00 P.M. Family and friends will assemble at 1:45 P.M.
Mrs. Fuqua is survived by her husband, Tim Fuqua; her son, Joey (Beth) Fuqua; four grandchildren, Austin, Averie, Ashton, and Aniston Fuqua; her sister-in-law, Jennifer Martin all of Martin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Shirley Johnson Martin; her sister, Charlotte Warren; her brother, Joe Martin.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to New Concord Church of Christ in New Concord, Kentucky where she was a member.
