Beatrice Jacobs

Mrs. Beatrice Hill Jacobs, age 88, of Red McCorkle Road in Rives, TN died Saturday, 06/02/2012, at Union City Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at Alamo Baptist Church at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow in Alamo Church Cemetery. The church and the cemetery are located between Sharon, TN and Rives, TN. Visitation will be at Murphy Funeral Home Monday, June 4, 2012, from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M., or after 10:00 A.M. Tuesday morning at the church until funeral time at 11:00 A.M.

Mrs. Jacobs was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Jacobs; her son, David Jacobs; her daughter, Teresa Reaves; her parents, Orville Hill and Lorene Brooks Hill.

She is survived by her sons, Laymon (Sarah) Jacobs and Dickie Jacobs both of Rives, TN; her daughters, Jeannie (Tim) Wilson and Janice (Eddie) Ray both of Martin, TN; sisters, Patsy (James) Lester of Prattville, Alabama and Tommie Reidling of Pace, Florida; 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Mrs. Jacobs was a homemaker and a member of Alamo Baptist Church.
