Ms. Amy Alissa Fuqua, age 43, of Jackson, TN, died Friday, 01/20/2017, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday, January 24, 2017, 1:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday beginning at 11:00 A.M. until funeral time.
Ms. Fuqua was a member of Englewood Baptist Church, Jackson, TN; she was a graduate of Northside High School, Jackson, TN; she was a homemaker.
Ms. Fuqua is survived by her parents, Dale and Amelia Frields Fuqua, of Jackson, TN; her brothers, Gregory Dale(Sylicia) Fuqua, Jackson, TN, Michael Allen (Teresa) Fuqua, Rutherford, TN, and Brian Chad Fuqua, Martin, TN; and special friend, Jonathan Reece, Jackson TN.
Ms. Fuqua was preceded in death by her grandparents, Buford and Hallie Gaynell Hester Fuqua, and Harry and Eva Taylor Frields.
