Mrs. Alberta Tuck Laws, age 96, died Saturday, 11/07/2015, at Martin Health Care.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at Murphy Funeral Home with Rev. Kylan Mann officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery near Latham. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday until funeral time at 1:00 P.M.

Mrs. Laws was preceded in death by her husband, Rupert Laws; her parents, Elias Tuck and Susan Catherine Harris Tuck; three brothers, Carl Tuck, Bruce Tuck and J.B. Tuck; three sisters, Opal Otterman, Valda Bailey and Kathryn Sheron; Six nephews, Ron Tuck, Bill C. Carothers, Bobby J. Carothers, Buddy Sheron, Russell Sheron and Robert Sheron.

Mrs. Laws was a homemaker and a member of Central Baptist Church in Martin.

Mrs. Laws is survived by her niece and nephew, Norma Heath and James Tuck both of Martin. Six other nieces survive, Carlette Tuck Heitman, Sharon Tuck Bellistri, Barbara Tuck Simons, Brenda Tuck Green, Glenda Bailey Bagley and Patricia Bailey Uicker; one nephew, Charles E. Corothers.
